Security & Trust

Security is fundamental to our services and industrial intelligence solutions .

If you believe you have identified a security vulnerability or security incident
involving TALPA, please report it to our central security contact.

Reporting a security issue.

Please use the email
security@talpa-solutions.com for

  • suspected vulnerabilities in TALPA software, services or internet-facing systems,
  • actual or suspected security incidents involving a TALPA product or service,
  • exposed credentials, confidential information or other security-sensitive findings,
  • security notifications from customers, partners, suppliers or security researchers.

Information that helps us respond.

Where available, please include:

  • the affected product, service, URL or system,
  • the date and time when the issue was observed, including the time zone,
  • a description of the issue and its potential impact,
  • steps that allow us to reproduce or verify the issue,
  • relevant logs, screenshots or other evidence,
  • your preferred contact details.

If the information is particularly sensitive, ask us for an encrypted communication channel before sending technical details.

What you can expect.

We will:

  • acknowledge receipt of your report,
  • record and assess the reported issue,
  • prioritise it according to its potential impact and urgency,
  • coordinate investigation, containment and remediation with the relevant parties,
  • protect confidential vulnerability information against unauthorised disclosure,
  • provide appropriate status information where possible.

We ask reporters to keep vulnerability details confidential while we investigate and address the issue. Any public disclosure should be coordinated with TALPA.

Reporting a vulnerability does not automatically establish a bug-bounty relationship or entitlement to compensation.

Compliance and regulatory enquiries.

For questions concerning TALPA’s security and compliance approach —including the EU Data Act, EU AI Act, Cyber Resilience Act, contractual security requirements, customer questionnaires or available assurance documentation— please use our Compliance and regulatory enquiry contact

Please do not use this route to report an active security incident or a technical vulnerability. Those reports should be sent directly to the address specified at the top of the page.
